A retired psychologist and consultant, previous winery owner, mother, and grandmother, I began writing to relay our experience with toxic mold. This journey led to the publication of MOLDed: A Memoir of Loss & Resilience and essays in Business Insider, Wired, The New York Times, Next Avenue, and elsewhere. My topics vary (toxic mold, dementia, family, travel, and aging), but focus on themes of resilience and gratitude.

MOLDed: A Memoir of Loss & Resilience

After fighting mold for twenty-two months, we left everything to move our family to a drier area. While mold-free for over two decades, the experience still haunts me. MOLDed: A Memoir of Loss & Resilience describes our journey from upheaval and loss to resilience and gratitude. Available in paperback, ebook, audiobook, & libraries (via Libby, etc.)
